Both of above services are well known to Internet professionals. Both gives hits and page rank to website but which one is better. The answer is depended on conditions. Well in my opinion I will prefer which one is cheaper.

 

It’s very simple and up till now very complicated at the same moment in time, as you must put yourself ahead into the commerce and increase earned “Business Popularity” at cheaper rates.

 

I will prefer to outsource my work and concentrate on my Core Business.  This means that if you are busy with numerous projects and important business relationships, you need to find time to become someone that can create an idea, write an article, or just tell the world all about your business and handle your projects with low cost.  This problem can be solved by outsourcing your marketing work.

 

Consider a situation

• First of all I would like to see PR of the site if it matches to my guidelines I will check site PR (Page Rank) is not a fake. Faking PR is an unethical practice in SEO.
• I will check history of the domain and his expiry date. If the site is new and date is expiring I will like to ask for confirmation and make a note of Excel.
• I would like check his IP address is not a duplicate address or not a class C IP address. This is happening when you make a link exchange with directories site owner are running many sites with the help of Class C IP address.
• The site is not redirecting to other site or not a Mirror site.
• The resource page is crawled by search engine and if the resource page have PR it will be best for our site.
• The site has quality content with resource page. By resource page I can take assurance that a particular site believes in linking and my efforts for making a link with that site is not a waste.
1. Notice: - Sometimes what I have noticed that site owner don’t have knowledge of link building if they reply of your email and ask about the link building, so you should make him understand about the benefits of link building.
• Check the link value.
• The page is not full of Advertisement. The resource page should contain good neighborhood.

This is long and best procedure but Company owners who are providing SEO services don’t take this seriously they take Quantity of links not Quality of links. Following Quality links is only a bookish language. This is because Quantity is first preference in business not a quality
